How I started blogging…

I always loved taking pictures – weather on a trip, while traveling or at a concert – I always have my phone or camera with me to capture moments, landscapes and the beauty of nature. However, as I had loads of pictures stored on my laptop, I thought I should use a platform to show those pictures which where a pleasure to take and always draw a smile on my face – maybe others would enjoy them as well… Furthermore, I thought it would be interesting to know the story behind the pictures, so I always wrote a short text to explain the background.

The posts I published always show places where I had a special time and my first intention is always to post something that I enjoy myself! I never thought that I would get that much recognition and lovely comments for my posts! So THANK YOU all for your support 🙂

 

My two pieces of advice for new bloggers…

First of all, and the most important in my eyes is that you write about something you are really interested in and that you write for yourself – not to please others!

Second, be patient, keep on posting and engage with other bloggers! At the beginning it will take time until you’ll get the first follower, likes or comments. But do not let that bring you down. Just keep on creating contend you like and that brings you pleasure. If you like it, others will as well 😉
