Unusual – photo challenge

This week’s photo challenge of the Daily Post has the topic ‘unusual’. Travelling through different countries and cities always comes along with some surprises. Especially architecture can be very arty and unusual. Some of the most unusual looking architecture that I’ve seen were in the Netherlands in Rotterdam. The city itself is known for interesting architecture. Hence, there are some quite unique and unusual buildings. For me, the three most unusual constructions have been the new market hall, the pencil house and the Kubus flats. It is definitely a special time visiting this arty city and very interesting to see all those different buildings.
